1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetics and skincare products — which involve hygiene and safety — we only accept returns under the following conditions:

2. Return Window
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
If 3 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund.

4. Refund Process
If your return request is approved:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our side.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if:

6. Non-Returnable Items
